I check other boards at times just to see what they do and see if there's any news. I found this on a bammer site. I want to thank Freak for letting free flow conversation happen (even when hate, hillbilly, lex and rex are wrong lol). This is from their moderator!

Regarding CNS and the three arrests...
Guys, until we have the details and we know what's happened, we are not going to sit around conjecturing about the recent arrests. In case you have't gotten the message, further threads regarding this will be deleted.

Or...it could be that we are never wrong. We can agree that this board is moderated by some darn good people.

outermonvolia probably has a more rational slant but VN is definitely a nice place to commingle with irrational homers who remind me what it was like to be a young Cowboys fan in the 80s, fervently believing my team was still #1 even though it was obvious that they sucked.

I was that way about the Gators until about 1992, which, ironically, was when we started to actually be at the top. In fact, now that we have probably the most successfull athletic program in the two major sports at one time, I'm basically sitting here wondering when the other shoe will drop.

I knew which TF Mod that was just by looking at the avatar. He's fairly new, but fair.

FAIR? ha ha ha ha. I love it. You bammers get mad for being turned in for CHEATING. Your new coach asks in an interview that no one turn him in for cheating, just give him a call.
Then you are not allowed to talk about players on YOUR team who get arrested! That is fair?

Yes young bammer, drink the crimson koolaid and let the capstone do the thinking for you...

As am I. As things stand, we are the repeating national champions in bball and the reigning national champions in football. It seems extremely unlikely that the bball team will contend again for anything beyond first or second round play for the foreseeable future. And no matter how good the football team may or may not be, getting to a BCS bowl is just plain frickin' hard.

For any team in our position, right now is about as good as it gets. And the slide backward in both sports much more lilely than not is upon us.

You aren't going to bait me into a full scale debate with that one LIO. While luck played a significant role in the Gators getting to Tempe, they deserved it and once there simply dominated the heralded Buckeyes. The bball team was way past luck. 18-0 postseason over their two years. They earned and deserved every drop of success they had.

You have to consider the reason why TF is so restrictive. As the dominant school in the history of college football we would have the fans of LSU, Auburn, Tennessee and the rest of the SEC on there trolling and getting vulgar with their jealousy of us. It would be like a Thunderdome free-for-all.

I hate to break this to you bammer. But the only time any of us think of you is when you fire/hire another coach. OK, I get your point. We think about ya'll a lot! :)
