Cowher is probably waiting on the Carolina job to open. He moved to Carolina when he left Pittsburg because that's the area he wants to reside. He could end up at Washington if Gibbs retires or at Cleveland when Crennel is fired. All of those NFL teams will pay him 6-8 million a year to get him. He isn't coming to UT!

If the Panthers continue to play the way they've played so far this season, John Fox isn't going anywhere.
