Why is UT 0-3 in the Sec Championship Game and 2-5 in Bowl Games this decade?

Why is UT 0-3 in SECCG......

UT has simply got to get out of the 30 plus year old offensive scheme rut (crater) they have inbred themselves into.

Plain & simple. Every semi-intelligent fan and yes even Les Miles & his second string defensive unit knew all 12 plays we executed in the SECCG.

Let's hope all reading this did as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Otherwise you probably are content.

You may be a A Real Vol, but your wrong. UT ran approximately twice as many different plays as LSU ran in the SECCG. And LSU had the total play advantage by a wide margin. LSU's offense consisted of Hester dive, Perriloux right, Perriloux left, Hester dive.

The only thing good about this year's SEC title choke---I met some very hot chicks from lsu that we had a good time with after the game at a few clubs in midtown Atlanta!! YES!!!

another really sad aspect of two of those SECCG losses was that LSU was playing with an injured backup quarterback.

The SEC conference almost always have a winning record in bowl games, but UT is 2-5 this decade:

and 0-3 in the SEC Championship Game. Why do you think the post season play has been so bad?

UT played better teams in 04 and 07, both national champ talent teams. In 01, UT was the better team and lost/overlooked LSU who they defeated that same year, so UT should be 1-2 in the SEC champ game this decade. I was hoping UT could pay back LSU for 01, but they gave it away at the end.

This year's UF and Alabama games were equally pitiful, IMO. Those were thrashings and should have been embarrassing to everyone involved.

They were embarrassing, but nowhere near as awful as that game against Maryland.

I was thinking about that too. Seems like a better coached defense would have been able to rattle a new starter in a big game like that. The defense played well in the game this year. Just no offense.
