Why Florida Sucks

We'll stay close in the first half. We won't make the mistakes the fulmer lead teams made, that in itself will help our cause. Depth and the heat probably gets us late in that game. This series is going to change gator. The sloppiness of past tennesse teams will be gone. They won't give away points, you'll have to earn them. They'll be in that game and i'd be willing to bet they will be. I'll take tennessee and the 21 points they're going to give you guys anyday of the week and twice on sunday.

I'm only staying until the game gets out of hand, like say Gators by 25 or so. So that means I'll be on my way home by the end of the first.

Why even go to the game? If you are so certain its going to be a blowout why not sit at home and watch?

Crompdaddy's coming, fear it gator

Enormous amounts of kool-aid around your house isn't there? Its great to be confident in your qb. However, the number of your own fans excited about and confident in Jonathon Crompton are few and far between. I would say that telling a Kentucky fan, a Vandy fan, maybe even a USCe fan that "Crompdaddy's coming" (makes me chuckle even typing it) would be a fair statement. But seeing how the general consensus among your Vol brotheren see a Crompton lead UT just keeping it close with Florida as a victory, it kinda makes your statement look less than fearsome. just my $0.02

It is all a shrewd plan. Last year he was laying low, playing possum with you guys; giving our opponents a false sense of confidence with his Gomer Pyle like ineptitude. It was all just an act to set you guys up for this year. This year you will see JC the Heisman candidate.

Explain.

Florida returns all of its talent on offense except for Harvin, but we've got tons of speed and skill guys so we aren't losing nearly as much as most teams would be if they lost a Harvin.

The defense, which was very good last year, is all back (save one or two). Spikes still leading them. Some excellent secondary players this year.

All led by a once in a few generations type of athlete that rises to the occassion each and every time.

You have Crompton.

1. Kiffin is in Meyer's head.
2. Something will go wrong early for Florida (i.e., pick-six, fumble recovery, etc.) and a lot of things will go right for UT. Florida will come back and makes things interest, but UT will make a key defensive stop in the end, and the Vols will come away with the upset.

I agree that they will be in the game....and then they will win the game. You can talk Tebow Tebow Tebow all you want, but answer me this question: who wins the battle between UT's secondary and Florida's Harvinless receiving corps? Going once...going twice...? Yup, UT Secondary. So, Tebow is going to be doing a lot of handing off. Or at least he'll have to win. And the other truth of the matter is that the guys that Tebow is going to be handing off to aren't as good as the guys Crompton will be handing off to.

Vols will win. You heard it here first.

I like your attitude. I'll say this, we have a better shot with this coaching staff than we did the last.
