Why Does LK Hate Tennessee?

Where there is smoke there must be fire. There have been rumblings from a few different sources that LK is continually bad mouthing Tennessee to anyone who will listen. Didnt we give this guy a chance when he got the rug yanked out from under him by the Raiders? Didnt we defend him when he was shredded in the media?

We threatened the guy's family and have tried to ruin his life with unfounded rumors. We continually say he should fail at USC for our amusement.

And at the end of the day, he is still the same immature punk we had defended and accepted.

because he knows he screwed us over, so he trys to justify it at all cost to anyone who will listen. Guilt will make you do funny things.

Because without the spin and the hate. He is nothing. He is poking.

Liars hate to be called out and will spin their way out and are totally blameless. They are seldom if ever accountable or responsible for their acts or intent. We allow them to get away with it. Al Davis called him out and Lame spun it. We called him out and he is trying to spin it.

USC will do the same eventually. Lame ended his career when he went to USC. He is the fall guy and does not know it yet.

It will be justice, so we need to let it go. He will not spin his way out of this one. If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck then it must be a duck. 2-3 cannot coach. they can recruit but they cannot coach. This program was headed down a path of destruction.

Face it we got conned and spun, we for the most bought into them.

If you listened to Vol Calls last year the answer is obvious. It was brutal to listen to and all it ever did was aggravate LK. Then he spent a year away from his beautiful wife and newborn son recruiting because our lack of in state talent.

It is real easy to pass judgement if you do not understand the situation or attempt to put the situation in your own shoes.

He'll end up hating USC when he's canned in a few years then he will hate Layla when she dumps him, then he'll hate Monte when Monte never talks to him again for ruining the last years of his coaching career, etc. He won't stop until he hates everything and everything hates him.

Well let's see......

1. He had to have a security escort out of the buidling the night he resigned and had to leave his car there because of personal safety concerns.

2. People posted his wife's cell phone number on the internet and hundreds of peopel called and left her harassing voice mails (then bragged about it).

3. People have decided to attack his private life to "get back at him" for leaving.

4. Oh, and most fans are acting like that 15 year old psycho girl whose boyfriend just broke up with her. All we need now is for some fan to claim she's pregnant with Kiffin's kid.

I can't say I necessarily blame the guy.

what has he said? I must have missed all the hateful things quoted by Kiff and the gang. I wouldn't put it past someone of his character to do something like this but I haven't heard, or better yet, seen actual quotes of him spewing hateful things about UT.

It's funny how he said he had to "make news" to get recruits to look at Tennessee. It seems that Dooley is doing just fine without "making news." I guess that proves who the better coach is, one guy can get it done on his own merits and the other guy has to pull antics to make up for his lack of coaching ability. We upgraded big time in the coaching department.

Cannot blame Kiffin for trashing our program and doing everything possible to use us, taking coaches and burning the building down as he left?

He is an immature spoiled punk.

He also has the same problems Laylas dad had and it will catch up with him.

Aside from wishing VDs on him, I do hope he gets the help he needs and does not June Jones style wreck his next vehicle into a bridge abutment.

Talk is just that...talk. He did alot of talking when he was here and we saw what that got him. Ridicule and a bad rep. Let him keep talking and bad mouthing, it will eventually catch up with him. If he doesn't produce at USC like everyone expects him to, he will be exposed even further as a loud mouth,arrogant (fill in blank) with no credibility.

In all honesty, I hope the NCAA does not hit them with sanctions this year or the next. I want Lane to have some sub-par seasons without the excuse of the NCAA. Then when USC is just about to make a strong push, bring the hammer down.

Point well taken! I hadn't thought of it like that - All last Fall when I was in a position to defend Tenn & our "brash" (nicest word used) coach to extended family (Florida & South Carolina), part of my defense was that Kiffin was having to get our name out there - obviously not.

Tigervol you are just wrong about #3.

People covered for Kiffin when he was their Head Coach. I do not think they should have done it then. I like to know when someone is a cheater or a liar because I believe a person who will break the sacred promise he made to God to honor his wife is not someone I can trust in any other area.

Once he left, those who covered up for him only had the reason to continue that they were complicit in his misdeeds with their silence and some with their enabling. That is why nothing has still come out.

If you are a wealthy man who shared cocaine with coaches, how can you rat them out without taking yourself down?

How many 5 stars has Dooley reeled in? 0
How many 4 stars did LK already have looking at us before Dooley got them to commit?

Your analysis is way off base
