Butch was actually saying that the team didnt wear long sleeves because of unity all are equal, but AJ was "grandfathered in" so he must like the long sleeves. Maybe superstition. Some players like to do certain things. I liked my QB band on my left wrist and sweat band on my right wrist with bicep bands and knee bands. Always wore them no matter what. Just felt right. Like a war paint.

I wish we had those type of tight fitting shirts when I played made from that material. Rug burn on turf or grass hurts like hell. Bet that's why he wears them.
