Why do I get the feeling that there isn't a lot of interest in the OC position?

I wonder what Buckeye fans thought when they hired a division II coach. I know he was with them in 81 or 83. Is there anyone that was with the TN staff and is now coaching division II?

true, OSU pegged tressel right out of the gate. he had won 2 or 3 div 1 AA titles though. they knew what they were getting. they also had geiger who was a outstanding AD. if hamilton had been there cooper would still be coach.

Buckeye fans were in shock when Tressel was originally hired but the Buckeyes were coming out of the Cooper era and most fans wanted change.

I wish they'd just stuck with Cooper. Then I could be surrounded by a bunch of fans in mourning every year from starting 11-0 and ending 0-2.
