Why can't we get some studs at DT?

Why can't we pick up a 5 star DT or someone that can play? Which coach is responsible for recruiting D-line?

We got a pretty good class last year. Sykes and Hall were both guys that could grow into DTs but they are in JUCO now. Melancon didn't qualify and is going to LT. Langley is redshirting to gain weight. Brimfield is redshirting and will either lose weight or go to the OL. We have some good DTs on our board. There aren't a ton of 5* DTs every year.

Why can't Aaron Douglas put on some bulk and play DL like Justin Harrell did?

I don't know why anyone would want to go to UM right now.

I really don't know with the Miami kids. They seem to be a package deal and it is really hard to swing even 2-3 and this is like 7.

Harrell came in to play DT. Douglas is projected at OL/TE.
