Why are you guys bashing Ainge?

It was a 5 step drop and if you watch you can see that he wants to get the ball away as soon as he plants and hit the slot receiver on a little 7 yard curl, but he had to hold the ball because it was covered.

The way he moves is a little different. He doesn't stride back like a lot of Taller qb's. He takes quicker smaller steps and then steps into his passes. The lack of recognition was there. It was a well ran blitz.

I did not realize anyone was criticizing Ainge. Don't see how he's the problem, at all. He had great control over the field in our game, really up until the fumble and pinky-gate began with the announcers on the lefty handoffs.

Whatever. I really thought Ainge showed senior leadership.

Watching the replay, I had forgotten just how far Follett came to get that sack. It was definitely well disguised, but still amazing that the Left Tackle didn't even give him a look.

I agree and that is why I don't put it on EA. A backer that far out is very rarely a blitz.
