Whose team has bigger flaws?

LSU has excellent backs and can control the clock. Vols will need to roll points big in first half and keep the pressure on. Otherwise LSU can wear down the Vol defense with smash mouth football and win ugly just like at Auburn. LSU worked over Rogers for Mississippi State and made an excellent offense look mediocre. Vol tight ends and running backs need to really step up - block well for Hendon and no turnovers.

Vols secondary is inconsistent. Tigers o line is inconsistent, but the tigers running quarterback masks their poor pass protect. The Vols pass defense inside the red zone and our heightened scoring ability cover our weakness. The game will be tight. Vols 38 tigers 31
I could see their talent keeping it close or even turning the game in their favor. OTOH, I could also see UT pouring it on early and winning comfortably.

Honestly... Daniels doesn't mask anything. Auburn's pass D is nothing special. All of their other opponents threw effectively against them.... except LSU. He's not a good QB. Their OL isn't very good. And they don't have a better QB apparently. The danger with them is their D producing big plays or their O hitting a few big plays and their D holding.

Scratch the FCS opponent and LSU averages 28 ppg.

Their D CAN win the game for them. But their O would need to have a UF like turnaround to be the difference in the game... and they don't really have that much untapped potential compared to UF.

It’s college football and Mizzou playing GA tough shows that anything can happen and it’s likely to be a crazy year. LSU might win this game, but it’s gonna be tough for anybody to wear down a defense that plays 12 guys on the Dline. We’re playing pretty dang well against the run so far.

Took UGA 4 quarters to pop 2 touchdowns on Mizzou. Think UT is going to lay 35-40 on UGA and they can't keep up? Asking for a friend.
Every game is different Georgia probably will play a lot better moving forward

Similar to Steeler Fans thinking the Jets game would be an automatic win. Our Steelers are bad this yr.

It's the Steelers own fault. They should have kept Dobbs.

Even the bottom dwelling SEC teams have good athletes and they can give a better team a run for their money on any given Saturday sometimes. Predicting a score based on how a team played against another team is highly inaccurate.

Would’ve said the same thing about the Florida game, yet we saw how that turned out. Hopefully CJH learned a lesson and we don’t find ourselves in that situation again
The Florida game turned out with us leading nearly though out and them needing a miracle @ the end, with our best weapon on the shelf. I think CJH acquitted himself very well in that game.

What lesson is this you speak of? We will almost certainly be in some close ball games in conference. Want us to go 3 & out throwing the ball three times and not taking any time off the clock towards the end? Skip thr four minute offense part...Go reckless and out of control just so we keep our foot on the gas.....🤔
