We lost our top 3 receivers and our best offensive lineman. There defense will not have most of their best players, especially since Oliver was dismissed, but our O is missing some pretty good players as well.Last year we shreaded a UGA defense that lost most of its big time players for the upcoming season...I just don't see how we won't so that again

I agree about Ainge, and partly on with the part about more talent. I think O'Neal, Vinson, and Jones have the potential to be as good as Meachem and they could all be better than Swain and Smith, but with two of them being Fr. with no experience at the college level, it could take a season for them to get used to the speed, etc. Hopefully it will only take them a month or two. <crossing fingers>I was expecting this response after I re-read my post. You're absolutely right.....BUT....and this is completely biased....IMO we are replacing what we lost with more talent (O'neal/Vinson...returning letterman on the OL) than UGA has to replace what they lost (who do they have to fill the DB and DL holes that they have)....AND....we still have at our disposal the main reason we shreaded that defense....Eric Ainge.
Yes the talent level coming in at reciever is probably the best we have had. Lets just hope they will pan out in the years to come.I agree about Ainge, and partly on with the part about more talent.
