all considered, I'd say it's a draw...last year's Souther Cal at Arkansas game comes to mind...granted, the Razorbacks were missing their star, but they felt they were primed for maximum revenge; the previous year was a debacle on scale with Cal @ UT; Arky felt it was their turn & they got it handed to'em again! Revenge is sweet, but it doesn't always happen when you want it to. I'd like to think we have a slight psychological edge because of the way we so totally owned them last season.
I would think that we have the confidence we can beat them, and more motivation to prove all of the doubters wrong. As a thread on here I read earlier said, "It's us against the world!" WE WON'T BACK DOWN!:rock:
No one on their team has beaten Tennessee. This alone is a big psychological disadvantage. Plus, reports I have seen indicate 20,000 + vol fans in the area as high as 27,000. If they are going to the game that is half of their seating. I don't see the crowd helping Cal. This will become Neyland Stadium Annex by the time we leave tonight.
