Here's a question for you. We have gone around and around about offense and defense and who is better at QB or Running Back, etc.

Let's say it is a close game like a lot of people think it is going to be and all of the players are playing to their maximum ability. Now it boils down to the play calling and game strategy. Who's better? In a game where it all comes down to the coaches on the sidelines and in the boxes, who wins?

GO VOLS! BEAT FLORIDA!

Too many of Florida's coaches are unknown at this level. Take a couple of years to compare them.

I don't think we really have enough evidence to know. Meyer has made some gutsy calls when they were least expected, and has been right more often than wrong. He's more of a risk-taker than Fulmer (which doesn't necessarily mean he's better).

But an x-factor is Cutcliffe, and whether he has full say over what the offense runs, or if Fulmer is likely to veto a move that he sees as too risky. If anything, Phil is a bit too conservative, but Cutcliffe might counteract that.

We need to see the dynamics of your new coaching staff in adverse situations to really know. And we don't have a lot of data on Meyer's staff yet, either.

Subjectively. You can't really say because you'd be trying to predict what these careers will look like when they're over.

Objectively. UT's staff has more success and experience hands down. Look at it from any angle you like. Championships, 10 win seasons, pro drafts, etc.

Basically at this point, we know the UT staff can be successful on this level. We don't know that about the UF staff.

I totally agree. I do think Cutcliffe has more control and Fulmer trusts him more. With Randy Sanders, fulmer had to be in the playbook, but now, I think fulmer can now trust both coordinators to the fullest.

As for the head coaches. I also think Meyer is a little more of a risk taker than fulmer, but we'll see how that might change being on the road. A lot of game philisophy can change when playing on the road.

I think Meyer might be a little more gutsy and bein that florida has new coaching, i give the edge to Tennesse. I think Chavis and Cutcliffe are experienced and knowledgable, and definetely have the edge over Florida. I do think Meyer's spread offense will give us a little trouble, though and he knows how to coach.
