Off the top of my head Charlize Theron, Cate Blanchett and Amy Adams.

I would trade Jake Gyllenhaal for any of those three. I like RDJ but I probably trade him too.

Tough call. I think Hanks and Denzell are both overrated, but obviously great. Not a big fan of Cuba or Depp. Tom Cruise is a great movie star, but nowhere near one of the more talented actors. Ed Norton is probably my favorite actor on either list. I guess that means I'm team 1.
