Fans acknowledge the fact Jones is going to be around until the end of 2016 regardless of his record.
Which coach or coaches will Jones sacrifice at the end of 2015 in attempt to fix this malady?

No one. He's too stubborn. He will blame youth and depth and say it's a process of maturation.

Mahoney. Move Debord to O-line coach and either promote Azzani to OC and hire a Qb coach or hire an OC that also coaches qbs.

He has plenty of choices, but history suggests he is loyal to a fault.

It would be silly to pay a bunch of assistants buy outs, hire new assistants, and then have to pay theirs a year later.

It's Butch's offense. Hiring a new coordinator isn't going to change anything.

If you don't make a move at the end of the year just hold tight.

The media continues to batter the team and the coaches. I hope he bans all of them from all practices. They have not earned the right to attend any of them.

Elder has done a wonderful job with special teams. Although I believe Butch has heavy input. Hey, at least CBJ is a hell of a special teams coach!

Azzani will and should be the first to go. Only ones who should be safe for sure, IMHO, are Gillespie, Elder and Strip, maybe Thig as well.

He won't get rid of anyone... Doing so will force him to admit he was wrong... history has shown that CBJ won't ever admit it, even if the evidence is right there in front of him (or on a chart).

Butch will not, that would show he made mistakes. Butch will not admit to mistakes.

..and that will cost him his job in 2016.
