I was trying to remember...I think we beat Kentucky in 1982

Last coach to lose a game to Vandy and Kentucky during their coaching career at UT was Johnny Majors. Lost to Vandy in 1982 and Kentucky in 1984. Last coach to lose to both schools in the same year was Doug Dickey in 1964. I may have missed one, but I think this is correct.
