Did they hire an agent or are the talking about Landers? Either way this whole thing is blowing up in their face. An agent is going to take 15-25% of total deal so IF(and i doubt they get anywhere near 4) they get 4 mil, they get 3, so best case scenario they are down to $600,000 increase and that is if they don't land in a state with income tax. Chances are they are going to lose a good chunk of money when it's all said and done. It's like a real estate agent once told me...sometimes you just gotta let the market educate them.
