This team has no leader.

THIS is a leader:

if Ainge doesn't bounce the back of his hand off of Arian's chestpads, bouncing the ball outwards, then I'd wager Arian gets it secured. The ball was bouncing outwards before he could wrap up.

Arain may have a history of fumbling, but I don't think that one was solely his fault.

I can't believe people are actually blaming Foster for that fumble. I'm not even a Foster fan, but I know what I saw on the replay. Don't trust my lying eyes.

If Ainge is healthy, this is all a moot point.

Well CPF blamed AF on the radio yesterday....said his elbow wasn't up and that he has to take the ball!

To answer the question....I see no clear leaders on this team players nor coaches.

I am tired of watching Arian get thrown under the bus. Yes he has had some bad luck, but he still looks like the only offensive player that plays with any kind of fire at all.

True! Sometimes I think his problem is trying too hard.

I dont blame this on arian. That backward lefthanded handoff was awkward.I heard that ainge was going to stop being a wuss and start handing off with his right hand this week

He is what he is...

I would take Andy Kelly over Ainge 8 days a week.

That's whats wrong with this team. Most of our leaders are fragile.Ainge breaks when he gets hit,Hefney is afraid to deliver a hit,and both lines gets their tails whipped.

Must be true then. Actually, after watching the replay I blame Ainge just as much as Foster for that fumble.

Like I said, if Ainge is healthy (which at this point is 50/50), this whole debate about who's fault it is becomes moot. The awkward hand off caused by Ainge's injury is clearly a problem that a 10 year old could point out.

Berry will definately be one of those leaders soon. I look for Crompton to have that fire in him, alot like Tebow. I think Cromp will have that kind of warrior mentality in him and the other teammates would feed off that energy. Then the whole team would sort've take up his mentality, and then we would have that extra something that those other teams have. One that we can rely on as a leader.

There's a reason I'll be cancelling my VQ account in December: they report coachspeak, they believe coachspeak, and thus, I believe coachspeak.

These coaches and players talked about the exceptional, never better leadership from Ainge, Hefney, Mayo, and McNeil, yet we're 1-2 with a 14 and 39 point loss.
