You know - all Summer long, this team has been looking forward to Sept. 24. More than the Battle of Bristol.

Forget the coaches - who are the leaders that are going to light a fire under this bunch. The talent is there. Is the will?

Dobbs is a given. Never mind his passing skills - He is a warrior and when he has too, will attempt to carry the team on his shoulders. Georgia game comes to mind, Northwestern, and his effort to get into the end zone against App State.

Who is the Al Wilson, or Travis Stephens of this group? They need the fire lit on Saturday.

Honestly I don't know but all I know is if nobody steps up I just might have to put some pads on and SMASH EVERY FLORIDA PLAYER ON THAT FIELD

I think Hurd will have to step up in a big way. We will need him to pound and gain as many yards as possible on every play. We know he will get hit at the line of scrimmage or even behind it, but if he can push and gain 2-3 more yards on every run, that will make a huge difference. 3rd and 4 is a lot better than 3rd and 12, especially for our offense.

Kongbo. He promised we wouldn't lose and he said he couldn't wait until FL and AL. Last week he looked like he really starting to get it and the game was slowing down.

It's Kongbo time!

Runners up for my list: Barnett looked to get faster as the game progressed, I think Tuttle has another gear, and Jack Jones just needed a few more reps to lock it down.

You are right the talent is there. It is still a coach's problem. We need someone other than Butch Jones calling the plays!!!

My pick is Hurd. He gets nowhere near the recognition he deserves nationally as a runner and I'd say he's got plenty of pent up anger over it. If he can get a few early runs where he's dragging guys 9 yards....it'll be electric. What better game is there for him to come out and be a one man wrecking crew. I wanna see him put some dudes on their arse while stepping on Tabors back.

The psychological leader of the defense needs to be Jalen Reeves-Maybin.

However, I actually think it is more important that the defensive line plays well and creates havoc at the line of scrimmage. They need contributions from Barnett, O'Brien, Vereen, Kongbo, Tuttle, McKenzie...all of them.

It's on the coaching staff. Are they going to stay aggressive, or choke it away like last year.

Dobbs passing against that Florida secondary during play action.

If he throws for 60 percent with 5 or more throws we win.
