I didn't sign the petition but I'm also not going to apologize for my criticisms of Coach Martin. I'm very happy with our current situation but I also don't think I'm some "bad guy" because I wasn't six weeks ago.

Anybody who thinks them signing this petition helped is an idiot. They talk about it because it was a distraction they had to fight through. Not because it helped. It is more likely the petition cost them a game or two due to being aware of people trying to replace the coach.

They say Pearl had a bad last year because of distractions. But want to act like the distractions help this team. That makes no sense.

You know it's all about what fits their argument.

I didn't , because Coach Martin is a good coach... I love seeing the Negavols rooting for Tennessee now when they were downing the team the whole time and asking for Cuanzo to be fired...lol!!

This is such a ridiculous mentality. As if being unhappy that a top 15 talented team was riding the bubble the entire year makes you less of a fan.

Martin still has to make some strides as a coach as well as his staff.

Hopefully he's up to the long term challenge because I like the dude personally.

Agreed. The thing that has given me hope, is that in the past he would make changes and a couple games later fall back to old habits. During this run he has not done that. Hopefully in future years it doesn't take 2/3's of the year to figure it out. But he has me cautiously hopeful.

except 2nd half against UF. We scored 14. I know they are #1 and all but we puckered up and lost aggression. 35 pts in the first half playing like we have been. 14 in the 2nd running the shot clock and having to launch.
