Does anyone know who sold more tickets to Friday Night's game? In other words, who will have more fans?
Or is this not a very accurate way to measure the amount of fans for each team?

Just do what we can do for the team and get loud.

Thanks

As of a month ago think we sold about 20,000. Not sure how many since then but if we stopped at 20k, and it is sold out, 70 30 sounds about right. Hoping we sold some since then.

And I bought mine from NC st because they had the best avail seats at the time. So 70.001 to 29.999

Heard the students waited in line for a couple of hours early this morning to get tickets. ATL is going to be rockin' Friday night.

So I'm not a thread guy but some might like to hear this...so a few weeks ago I got a Living Social email selling tix to the Bama/Mich game. Then I thought "Man wonder if they r having trouble selling tix". Then today I got another....so "Man they must be having trouble selling tix". Ha!!!

First I hate Bama and I can't stand Jerry Jones so I'm happy that it ain't doing well if that's the case. I'm sure they'll plenty of people there by game time though.

Btw- for any future Cotton Bowl games we might be in....Jerry World is THE WORST place to watch a game at EVER. The screen is to large and that's all you watch. If u cant/don't buy 2nd level or less then get end zone. If you can't get those stay at the bar or tailgating watching the game there. It's bad y'all. Sux it's no longer at the real Cotton Bowl.

On SportsTalk last week, Hyams said he had "just talked to the CFA Kickoff people" and that UT had sold almost all of their tickets, but NC St. still had a bunch unsold. He also said they were not expecting a sellout, but instead were expecting a crowd of roughly 60,000. That would leave 10-15k empty seats. Again, Hyams said this last week, so his info might actually be from mid-late July.

Last I read, UT had sold 26K and NC State had sold 15K. That was roughly a month ago.

But how many of those NCSU ticket sales were actually UT fans?

There better not be 10-15k empty seats. If there are, then people out there on the open market are charging WAY too much.

Second... As a cowboys fan... Saying that Jerry's world is the worst place to watch a game is pretty ignorant. I have been to the old Texas stadium, the new one, atl, Cincinnati, Tennessee, Carolina later this year, and all are good stadiums. Actually really liked the Titans layout.
