Has the SEC gone 2 straight years without firing a fb coach?

Since Bryant retired I don't think we've gone 2 straight seasons without firing a coach. If this Saban thing works out well, maybe Mississippi St. or Arkansas will let Mal Moore fire Nutt and Croom just to stay in practice.

I think that the WildcatFaithful have big expectations, but we aren't THAT myopic to believe that we can pull off 10+ wins. MOst realistic fans that I know look at the schedule and say that 7-5 would be a good year.

Brooks would be safe, imo. If he survived the disaster of only 9 wins in his first 3 years, he can survive a 6-6 or God forbid, a 5-7. 4-8 would be a pure disaster.

when we are able to sustain 8+ win seasons more often than once per decade. Unrealistic expectations end up in frustration.

Kentucky football: Don't get too high, don't get too low.
