Had the most potential but ruined it due to off the field issue?

Da'Rick Rogers and Nukeese Richardson come to mind.

Reggie Cobb. People forget he was as good, if not better than, Emmitt Smith in college. He had an OK NFL career but one that did not reach its full potential.

Henry went on to have a decent NFL career, just too many kids.

Yep, 6100 yards, 38 tds, 3 different 1000+ yard seasons. Didn't reach his full potential for sure, likely due to his off the field messes, but that's a good, solid career.

Edit: Ooops. No real off the field issue, other than attitude and ego.

And me. I wouldve had an awesome career but my off the field issue of not being very good at any sport ruined my chances! Its a shame really.

Janzen Jackson had the talent to be a pro bowl safety, dude was a straight up head hunter. Shame how his life ended up turning out.

My vote goes to

Da'Rick Rogers - Guy was beast between the lines and won games for UT by himself nearly. Still remember him dragging the "honey badger" about 20 yards downfield

Janzen Jackson - the eraser, enough said

Friends of mine on the '95 team told me that had Cozart not been kicked off the team, Graham would have never seen the field.

He was a few years younger than me so I watched him grow up in LC. Great athlete.
