Where will former Vol DC, John Chavis, ultimately land?

Those of the curious still wondering about the status of former DC John Chavis, where will this guy end coaching the defense at? There has been a couple of close calls with LSU and Clemson but really nothing yet. We still have swirls of possibilities with Georgia, Michigan and Syracuse.

So, where do you think he will ultimately land? I mean he is a good coach who has developed a Top 10 defense, but for some odd reason at times struggles against good teams.

He's from South Carolina. I believe he wants to retire there. He will be in Orange next season, just not UT orange.

Agreed.Even with this offense he ended up with the #4 ranked defense.There is no reason to put down Chief.He and Cut carried Fulmer.
