This is absolutely rididulous. Hardesty is a beast and he has played none.

Agree, do not understand why Creer was in the game instead of Hardesty on the 3rd and short.

I think it might have something to do with Arian Foster averaging roughly 7 yards per carry. Why Creer was in makes no sense, why we didn't go for it on 4th down makes no sense, why we ran a shotgun play on 3rd and 2 makes no sense......Foster has been unstoppable all day and they won't give him the ball when it's most important and show no guts on their side of the field on 4th and inches.

yea, where the hell was hardesty? coker came in when foster wasn't in there. i can't stand coker's running style. too soft and 'shifty'. hardesty played like a mad man last week. WTF????????????

That ticked me off beyond all imagination. Why in the world was Creer in for that play. There should have only been tw options... Foster or Hardesty. A powerful runner who will lower his shoulders for the half yard needed.

Could not have said it better.

YES!! i was wondering that ALL game! our line actually made some huge holes that if Hardesty would have been in there, he coulda had some gaudy stats like Foster.. or even better, because he woulda steamrolled people on the sidelines to gain even more yards than what Foster did..
There is NNNNNNOOOOOOO escuse why Hardesty didnt even get One freakin carry!!

we're not saying replace hardesty for foster, but hardesty should have been the number two man, like it has been the past two weeks.

Fulmer said on his post-game show that he was not hurt, they just didn't get him in the game. What a great coaching staff we have here at UT, not even playing our best short-yardage back on 3rd and shorts.

yeah Fulmer said he wasn't the best receiver out of the backfield, Foster and Coker are, so he didn't get in the game because of the 3 WR sets, being behind, etc.

im all for it, but when you have a 3rd and short or 4th and short, you put your best short-yardage guy in there and let him get it, not a true freshman.

heck on short yardage situations you put your beast back there NOT CREER!! Foster and Hardesty are our two best RBs why foster wasnt given the ball 20 times and why hardesty didnt even play boggles me. WTF Coach

I agree about Foster. I spent most of the game wondering why he wasn't getting more carries...

Foster played his butt off and got no carries. That makes no sense to me. He should be getting 22+ carries a game. Especially when he was on fire like today.

Foster not getting the ball was very frustrating. He should have had 25 carries with Hardesty getting 10. We had time and opportunity to run the ball and for some reason chose not to. Why?

This is exactly why he should be fired. Never got him into the game who's fault is that.

That move baffled me, as well.

There is no rhyme or reason to anything.

Hardesty never sees the field.
Creer gets some meaningful carry out of the blue.

Also, is the reason Jones got into today because Briscoe got hurt? If it took that took get Jones in for Briscoe these guys really do not know what they are doing.

Are you all absolutely positive that was Creer? I could've sworn that was a #2 on the jersey.

UT got behind and the coaching staff started to panic and felt they had to throw the ball more to catch up.

If that really was Creer, I don't understand that move at all.
