Hey everybody,

We are in the middle of planning our trip out to NorCal for the big game on September 1st and was looking for suggestions on where we should stay. We would certainly love to be around some Vols while were out there and and we haven't picked a hotel yet, so if any of you have any thoughts, I would appreciate it.

Thanks!

That one was on my short list of hotels. Thanks 9296!

I'd hate to see what prices are now, we ordered all this through travelocity 3 or 4 months ago. We decided on the level of quality for the hotel/price/proximity to BART.

went to priceline and got a good deal on a 3.5 star in fisherman's wharf area. that may be one option for you if you are looking to get something reasonable last minute.

Hotel Adagio (never stayed there before). My package was a bit more overall, but I've got 3 nights in Vegas and 3 nights in S.F. for 2 (and all flights) for about $1500.

I visited the Fisherman's Wharf when I was out there in '94. You need to go see Alcatraz if you're going to be that close.
