I'll give you Issel. But you can't seriously have Kenny Walker and Antoine Walker on a list that is allegedly better than Maravich... that makes your entire list suspect.

And who is Cunningham?

Richie, from Happy Days. I was trying to fill out the list.

I would not take A Walker, but would definitely take Kenny. Look, I was just trying to make a case.

I think Maravich was better than he is getting credit for from hat, but not one of the best ever.

was just quickly going off top of my head. you are correct. I've poorly represented the cats. I even replaced Riley with Billy Cunningham, who was a Tarheel.

As far as greatest all-time I'd put him top 3 in SEC history and probably top 50 in the NBA.

Bill Spivey was national player of the year and definitely deserves mention on the all-time UK lists.

Cotton Nash was a 3 year all-America, and, at least in a small, indirect way, is partially responsible for my screen name. Those two facts demand his inclusion as well.

Who is Nash?

Nash was a 2 sport star at UK from 1961-1964. A 3 year all-America in basketball, he scored 1770 points in 78 games for the Wildcats. He was selected 14th overall in the NBA draft by the Lakers. He also played major league baseball for the Angels, White Sox, Pirates, and Twins.
