Where do we benefit most from with the current staff?

Given we have about half the staff completed where does Tennessee benefit the most with the staff Lane is currently implementing? It seems we are getting some homerun coaches so far but do you honestly think that they will produce a solid product on the field next year or do you think it will take them a couple of years to settle in and mesh with the group of players we have now and adapt to this teams abilities.

What cons does this staff bring to the table? Example... high profile coaches all working together could have a bad chemistry..?

The Defense ought to be tight. The offense is untested. It will take a year of play calling before CLK can say with evidence that this is what we are going to do on Offense. On D, he can promise that any recruit coming here who applies themselves, will be given the very best opprotunity to advane to the NFL "IF" their individual abilities warrant it.

I think the biggest thing we have going for us now is that I don't feel any recruit is out of our reach now regardless of where they are committed. I think we will be surprised on NSD.
The next thing we have going is that our staff will keep other SEC coaches up at night trying to figure out what their system will be like. I personally think the defense will be awesome. Look what Chavis did with our current talent and Monte and O will be head and shoulders above that. They will have an attacking defense instead of waiting for the game to come to them.
The offense will be able to score points. I'm optimistic.

I beg to differ. I believe that we benefit more on defense, and defensive intensity. with all these really good definsive coaches, with the people we have to plug into this new style of defense, well guys and gals this should be fun.

I think we improve on the offensive side of the ball moreso than anywhere else when it's all said and done; we couldnt get any worse than this past year. Other than that I think we improve in almost every area. We have a better overall staff who will lead to more intensity and hopefully accountability on the team on and off the field. We seem to have put together a staff of grinders who have a passion for the game and recruiting.
