I'd still try it, and if you know what you're doing you can set up a proxy server so that it thinks you're in the US.

I don't know if you want to get into all that though.

This was designed for Americans living overseas. I use it on amazon fire stick with kodi but it can be used on roku or a laptop.

There's nothing illegal about using these streaming sites, its a myth. Not illegal in the states or Europe.
