You should be fine, but I don't think you are under cover like you posted earlier. Maybe a little, but if it is raining(which there is a %40 chance) you will more than likely still get wet unless you are in the top 5 rows or so. I also believe you will be next to the visiting section in the upper deck, pretty sure they go from GG to MM or something close to that.

You will have a pretty good view of the field, i have sat in the same section on the lower deck and the view has been pretty good.

As for the comment on the pole, i think you will be fine. There is a pole in that section that helps support the skybox, but I am pretty sure it is in one of the last rows and that it would only block the view of 2 or 3 seats. What row are you in?
