Hoping it's still Gator vs Michigan. If not, I got 2 club seat tickets I need to unload for Jacksonville on Jan 2.

I think Jacksonville feels the same way. I bought tickets last week and noticed today that the price has almost doubled for tickets surrounding where I bought. They know Tennessee fans are hungry for a big marquee game and travel well. My vote is we go to Gator bowl. (And no i have no additional info outside the talking heads.)

So far this is what I found. I think most stuff comes out on Monday morning or later this afternoon. I think a pretty reputable poster on here said the Music City Bowl is pretty much a done deal. So I guess we’ll wait and see.

CFN:

AutoZone Liberty Bowl
Tuesday, December 31
3:45 ET, ESPN
Liberty Bowl, Memphis, TN
Big 12 vs. SEC
Secondary: American Athletic
Projection: Iowa State vs. Tennessee
Last Season: Oklahoma State 38, Missouri 33

247:

Gator Bowl
When: Jan. 2, 2020

Where: EverBank Field, Jacksonville, Florida

Projected matchup: Tennessee vs. Iowa

Quick bite: We're still hearing positive things about the Vols' shot at Jacksonville, especially following Saturday's victory at Missouri — Tennessee's fourth straight win. If Jeremy Pruitt's team takes care of business vs. Vanderbilt next week, we think this is where the Vols end. The Music City Bowl and Liberty Bowl are also options for a 7-5 Tennessee squad

I’ll get killed for this I’m sure but I don’t want to play a bowl game in Tennessee. Bowl games are for travel and fun not a virtual home game.

I’m betting the bowl committee sends us to Florida if we beat Vandy.
I agree I think it's going to be the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl. However if two SEC teams get invited to the BCS Playoffs Tennessee could wind up in the Outback Bowl.

I have a different take... bowl games gives the team additional valuable practice time. Also, my wife and I were at the 2010 Music City bowl. Very cold but also a fun/heart stopping game. My preference would be a FL bowl for the team but hard for us to afford the travel so if local I’ll be there. This said, will be the Gator! GBO

I was at the 201 and 2016 MCB. Had a blast both times

Need to know what the consensus is. Wanna get tickets but obviously don’t wanna buy tickets to a bowl the Vols don’t go to.

Music city or Gator bowl?
After we curb stomp Candy, we will be in the Gator/Taxlayer bowl. Most likely Indiana or Iowa at this point.
