When will this program ever play up to their recruiting level?

I’m so sick of watching us recruit well but never play up to our talent level.

I think the recruiting rankings are overblown. You have to develop the players. We don't do that.

Tennessee is a mediocre program. I keep hearing "we deserve better" from people, but I've been old enough to remember watching Tenn since 02 or 03. And Tenn has sucked all but like 2 years where they were just ok. So I don't know anything about this "top tier program" some speak of.
The last coaching search destroyed this program. You can't be a laughing stock and have an NC St coach turn you down and except to recover within the next 10 years.

The admin has run this program into the ground. And I'm not talking about Fulmer hiring Pruitt.

When the coaching hires are on the same level as the recruiting. What has bothered me since Fulmer was fired was that none of the hot coaching hires have shown any interest. Evey head coach since has come with a red flage or been a third level choice.
