When do bball tix go on sale?

not sure I have had season tickets for years and we got our renewals late June or early July and turned it in right away

I had season tickets last year, and I have not gotten the renewal this year. I have tried to do it online and can't seem to do it yet. I am hoping they just haven't gone out yet, but the above post seems to point to otherwise.
