So, with all this turnover, I gotta ask everyone, what is your best case scenario staff. If you could piece together your ideal staff, and money wasn't an issue, who would you get? Start with Head Coach, all the way down to Special Teams and Recruiting Coordinator.

Just curious.

Dream team, as long as you don't let position coaches leave what they coach now. For instance, no Nick Saban cannot be your DC.

I would go Bill Bellichek as my head coach, Jon Gruden as OC, Bill Cowher DC, Marvin Harrison WR's, Barry Sanders RB's, Peyton Manning QB's, Jeff Saturday OL, Chuck Smith DL, Al Wilson LB, Ronde Barber -Secondary and Sal Sunseri as Recruiting Coordinator.

I'm about as far away from the situation as possible, but speculation is what it is; here's my take:

- Looks like CHH may be gone to ND - if so, we need a replacement - any suggestions?
- CLT's updated contract is not yet available to the public; this means either he is in consideration for DC, negotiations to stay if not DC, or future plans by Hart and Dooley do not include him
- Rumors flying like crazy on who the new DC will be. I'm no fortune teller, so I don't know. But consider this, if Dooley and Hart want to cement their stays in Knoxville, why not bring on RS and SS? Talk about assistants making the HC look better...
- If Rich B. takes the ST job, UT could be setting up an all-star staff...

All-star season results will be required shortly there after if they expect to stay for a long duration in Knoxville.

Hart is here to stay especially considering all of the current coaches in major sports were hired before he took the job.

In the real world the best we can hope for is to get Shannon at DC and Sunseri as LBs coach. Then get the ST coach from San Diego.

Absolutely, Id start with a head Coach, add a defensive and offensive coordinator. Then you need position coaches etc. Ideally you would have a full staff. Back to your first point, you definitely want to limit turnovers as well. Turnover margin is the most important indicator to winning and losing. Another reason why it is important to have a full staff. Ideally.
