Are we old school Barnes work it thru the post and wait for the perfect shot... Or are we more new school let it fly? Or we confused between the 2????

Its a guard oriented perimeter shooting team. It has to be. When you have no real post guys, or none that can really play, you have to drive and kick and do alot of one on one isolations. Its exactly what we have to be right now.

If we work it more by the perimeter it will open up the inside but Barnes wants to go inside... Aka "best shot"

The game wouldn’t have made it to OT had Vescovi and JJJ not made the two 3s at the end of regulation.
Yeah and we would have won in regulation had we not inexplicably jacked up a million out of rhythm threes and idk tried some higher percentage shots?

You just can't excuse missing 34 threes! EVER

Villanova says hold my beer.

About half of our 3’s were open shots.

It does not matter if you're making literally none of them.

It's very simple to understand yall...

Insanity is trying the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Vescovi’s and JJJ’s end of regulation 3s that were made were different results.

What else was working? The shots at the rim weren’t dropping either.

They played a game in altitude on Saturday. They traveled to New York and played another game to overtime against a team that plays good defense and has only lost once. I believe we'll be OK with identity.

That’s BS. With a D1 basketball team that is capable, you take open shots. You don’t tell your shooters to quit when they literally have open looks.
