Construction almost always runs behind schedule unless there's a clause that fines the company a certain amount of money per day for every day it's delayed.

It's coming along but that just helps us catch up a little to other top programs that already has their new training buildings open.

Where we're way behind is on our 40 year old student dorm building and AD Hart already said we URGENTLY need a new student dorm building ASAP because the number 1 question that the parents of recruits ask is...Where will my son live if he comes to Tennessee?

We can't compete with big programs that already have new apartment type dorm buildings for their players and that hurts recruiting since all the kids want every perk in the world and instant gratification nowdays.
