I saw him last at the Golds Gym in S. Nashville about 3 years ago playing a pick up game with a couple guys. Still not living up to his playing potential...

Hathaway, Tony Harris and Vincent Yarbrough are all busy slam-dunking Jerry Green headfirst through a basketball goal on a daily basis, as a reprisal for Green preventing all of them from having an NBA career.

I always thought he could have a future in hiding under kids' beds before popping out to scare them.

Did Harris ever play in the Rocky Top League? I would have liked to see him and Maze matched up on the court with their speed.

Nope. Im guessing Tony harris doesnt want to ever come back to knoxville. He was one of those guys who although was on your team and was pretty good, most of us UT fans struggled to like.

Maybe 5 years ago or so he was living on some land outside of Murfreesboro. Don’t know what he was doing for a living though.

Thanks for the update.

He was on some fun, talented teams to watch. Should've won more than they did...

He never lived up to the hype. 6'10 270 pounds and averaged 5 points a game.

As I recall, he had a shoulder problem most of his career at UT.

He was big but had no real skill set. CJ Black and Isiah Victor were a couple of good athletic bigs. Hathaway looked scary getting off the bus for sure. I may be remembering them as bring better then they really were but it seems like that team should have accomplished more.
