Those of you who point to other programs and the NCAAs treatment or lack of, need to understand that the NCAA never has ruled the same way on things on any two or 5 cases, EVER! To guess or gauge potential punishments based on other cases will not work. You’ll drive yourself nuts

Still going to be hard for the NCAA to hammer TN with any credibility based on their lack of actions on several other teams, NC, LSU BB, etc. Sure they can but I think TN would appeal in court if they did and would have a good chance of getting severe penalties overturned based on past precedent.

What type of punishment has been handed down after the NCAA lost in court? They've been on a losing streak here lately and know there time will be up soon
Coach and AD fired, TN lost tons to the transfer. Self reported.
I say we sue them if they try and get crazy.
Take a 3 scholarships and a small fine and move on. No bowl ban either.

Everyone knows TN will always be punished more harshly than any other schools
