Thank you for putting us in this position Fulmer. You're useless. And you wonder why you aren't getting any more coaching gigs? The last 9 years of watching UT football have just been miserable and all the blame needs to be put on this guy.

Sorry, just had to vent.

Fulmer is the reason we hired Kiffin... Dooley is too early to make a judgement call on .. I still think Kiffin would have done well here if he had stuck it out. Hate him now like everyone but he brought excitement back to Rocky Top that we havent had in a long time. I think Dooley will be good and time will be the decider. Ill support him.

Fulmer hired Sanders and Clausen sp? He couldnt hire a coordinator he sure couldnt hire a whole athletic department...

and I am grateful to Fulmer for the great things he did. he just got complacent, refused to realize it and change and needed to go several years before he finally was shown the door.

I think we are past blaming everything on Phil... Ther is no way in H*ll I would take him back nor am I a big fan, but I think it is a far stretch to blame today on him...

Ridiculous to blame Phil for today. It's his 2009 recruits contributing, and Dooley's 2010. Also ridiculous considering, if he were still here, this would be a deeper and more competitive team.

The solution to the "Fulmer problem" looks sack of hammers stupid today.

If you are still blaming Phil, newsflash! - you asked for this, and you were warned.

Beings we were playing mostly true Freshmen, Redshirt freshmen, true sophmores, and JC transfers; I'd say a large amount of the recruits on the field were Kiffin and Dooley recruits. Most of Fulmer's recruits who would be Juniors and Seniors were ran off by Kiffin.

To name a few.... our biggest problem was losing a lot of players during the kiffin era, and the kids he brought in.

I just don't think you can blame Fulmer for everything. It is like what politicians do. The blame the previous president for their failures.

+1000 to bad there isn't a part on Volnation where the fulmerites to go and never come out. So we don't have to here them say it's not their beloved coaches fault that were are in this position of no depth and no senior or junior talent...

We got about 5 juniors and seniors that amount to anything... There used to be way more than that

You said Kiffin ran off Phil’s Jr’s and Sr's then named a 2nd string Sophomore Clemson QB and a RB playing for LA Tech. Wow, they would have made all of the difference today.
