If we finish above .500 he should keep his job... After consistently bringing up top 10 recruiting classes all he needs to do is finish above .500 to keep his job.... Have some of you really sank this low?

If we go 10-3 we will see a street named after Chip Kelly for taking over during the bye week and winning 7 out of 8.

The only way I see that happening at this point Is if the remainder of our opponents suspend 10 players including two of their top playmakers on offense......... Oh……..... Nevermind

Hold up. Please tell me this is a joke. So you mean to tell me you expected the following things to happen:

Disasters against South Carolina and Wyoming in 2008
15-19 loss to UCLA in 2009
Needing 2 OT to beat UAb in 2010
Losing to UK in 2011
Getting dominated by Missouri and Vandy in 2012
Almost getting beaten by Troy in 2012
getting creamed by Vandy in 2013
Losing to Vandy and South Carolina in 2016 while beating UGA and UF
Needing miracles to beat App State, GT and UMASS.
Losing to some of the worst Florida teams in the past 20+ years.

You expected all of this? Thats complete BS and you know it.

Dude regardless if you think so or not, our defense isnt very good. The stats prove it. You cannot just throw out the GT game like it never happened. There is virtually nobody on our defense that even remotely approaches elite.

Since we are talking complete fiction, let’s up the ante. If we were to go 10-3, what if the loss wasn’t actually to Bama? Just envision a ridiculous outcome like we beat Bama, then lose to Missouri to lose the SEC East. This forum would just explode at that twist.

Of course, there is 0% chance that will happen, but I thought for entertainment purposes “what is the most absurd way to get to 10-3?”

Did everyone see how many rushing yards we gave up late last year?

Tennessee is ranked 120 in rushing D right now.

The reason we won last year vs some of those games was our O...........that is not the case this year.

If you give up tons of yards on the ground, and on O you cannot keep drives going and score points......you have little chance.......and no chance for a 10 win season........not even in you wildest dreams can that happen without a good O......and a bad run D.
