What were your single greatest and single worst moments

My best moment at a game was a beautiful day in Sept 92 when Florida came to town. It actually really was a gorgeous day to begin with. Watching us beat Florida in the sun AND downpour on the same day was the tops for me.

The worst moment was when Florida came to Knoxville in '96. After the early 35-0 lead, I left the stadium, drank too much, and passed out at my apartment early in the 3rd QTR. I remember my girlfriend coming home all excited after the game and I woke up to her deliriousness hoping her news was as good as her enthusiasm. She screamed, "WE ALMOST CAME BACK! THE SCORE WAS 35 TO 29! CAN YOU BELEIVE IT??!! I could NOT believe she woke me up to tell me that. I called the police on her for trespassing.

Not in person: but worst must be Clausen's three or four consecutive fumbles in the rain against Florida in 2002. If you ask me, THAT was the moment Fulmer showed he was loosing control of the program. The path from that series of downs to the horrendous situation last year was slow but steady decline to sub-mediocrity.

Another really bad one. Foster's goal line fumble against Penn State that went for a TD the other way.

Best: 86 Sugar Bowl win over Miami.
Second Best: UT under Peyton getting that first win over Bama, especially that early TD bomb.

Hopeful future best: Watching the Gators and Bammers try to explain how they lost to "boy blunder" Kiffin (as they like to call him).

Worst off the field moment: Shock and dismay when the Heisman announcement of Woodson over Manning came out of the TV speaker from ESPN.

I was at the 92 game, it was awesome. . .also at the Arkansas downpour in 98 with the Stoerner fumble and the T-Henry drive was pretty great to see in person.

Just a side note: I havent been a fan that long.

My best moment: Mayo's int in the Wisconsin endzone with 43 seconds left to seal the deal in the 07-08 Outback Bowl. The day topped off with hearing that UF lost to Michigan in the Capital One Bowl over the radio just as we were arriving at my friend's dad's house in Gainesville.

Worst Moment: The SEC championship in the same year. I couldn't believe we lost to LSwho

Greatest was 2001 against Florida. I remember thinking all day that no matter what, someone was coming out of the game with 2 losses. But I never once believed it would be us. Watching Travis Stephens rip run after run. Clausen had the best 136 yard performance of any QB I've ever watched play for us. That was Tennessee football at it's best IMO. Sadly a week later was the worst. I was completely gutted. I cried that entire night. I was 12 so forgive me.

I would have loved to see the '98 florida and arkansas games in person. The crapiest moment, is the '01 secc game. That was depressing

Well, the '98 Florida game was the loudest game I've ever been to. (I didn't go in 2004), but it wasn't the funnest because it was so nerve racking. The parties afterwards were great. The '98 Arkansas game was one of the worst (and best because of the outcome) games I ever been to because their receivers destroyed our secondary early and often and we fell so far behind. Our offense sucked all day, too. We didn't show up until "after the fumble" Seriously....The fans were there being loud before the game, during the announcements, the "T" we were the new # 1 team in the country, but once the game started, it was all mumbles until the last minute and change.

The comeback at Notre Dame in 90 or 91, the national championship, watching Bo Jackson take himself out of the game because he was getting a beatdown (85?).

Losing to Wyoming last season, losing to penn st on that fumble and in the early 90's fiesta bowl after kicking their AZZ in the first half and your 1997 heisman winner is....a joke!

Believe that was Wardlow that had that INT...pretty sure of it, because I was in that endzone, enjoying the hell out of beating a Big 11 team (while dealing with jackass ohio state fans in the corner of the endzone)

You may be right. I was in the other endzone sitting next to the UW student body.
