we have traditional football party food that we eat throughout the day of football. chicken wings, sandwiches, nachos w/ salsa, even veggies, just an all out football party all day long.

I can't say what I eat for an 11 am game. My father-in-law posts on here and I would get in trouble for saying.

The Civil War was a noon game... The tailgate I was at looked like this: Multiple trucks lined up in a row, with two spaces devoted entirely for skillets. Hash browns, eggs, bacon and pancakes were all being did up on a couple of their own stations. Also, about 10-12 coolers (mostly beer) and some satellite TV's.

My guess is this will probably be much the same case for the bowl game.

Well, all my life they made blackeye peas and cabbage. Suppose to be good luck. I cant stand either so I always went hungry on New Years Day. LOL Now, I just do whatever, nothing fancy. I would love for some duck. Havent had one in years.

Black eyed peas, greens and bacon. I'm not sure why but it seems like everyone I knew growing-up ate this stuff on New Year's Day so I've stuck with it.
