What we do with the talent we have

We just dont get it done with the talent that we have. It just seems funny they can go somewhere else and contribute so much. Coaches=LAME:crazy:

Its not a particularly new observation that we get less from more.

Just look at recruiting class rankings, # of players in the NFL rankings... then our end of season rankings. I put something together a while back... but I think over the past decade we are in the top 10 in average recruiting class rank, top 5 in terms of players in the NFL... but our average finish is barely in the top 25.

That right there is highly indicative of talent under-utilization.

Glad to see Slick made it to a place where he can get some playing time and contribute. I know our coaches always said he had the best hands of any receiver we had but he wasn't fast enough to play.
