November 24, 2001 UT vs Vanderbilt. UT 38 Vanderbilt 0 Casey Clawson, and Dante Stallworth had themselves a day!



Edit: maybe it was 2003 versus Vanderbilt in case he Claussen and Mark Jones had themselves a day lol memory may be a little bit hazy for back in those days.

The concessions ran out of water at halftime. The entire south endzone was empty by the 4th. I got a section to myself "in the dry" (shade) and laid down on the bleachers. I made it through the entire game though.

Everything just seemed so big and bright!

1971 versus Penn State. Their first trip down south. Many NFL players on these 2 teams. If I remember correctly, I was in the end zone bleachers and they were on the 4 yard line. Their QB Huffnagel pitched out to the back Lydell Mitchell and Conrad Graham intercepted the pitch and ran for a TD. Vols won 31-11 and sent them back north with a loss.

1965 @ Knoxville. Auburn. Score was 13-13. Sat in North End Zone with my mom and uncle. I remember all they did was try to run off tackle with no success.....either team and the players were SMALL.
