What R 5 things that make U smile about upcoming season?

I got a broken foot ... I need things to make me smile about our 2009 Vols.

1. Easy to say Berry ... who'll be his next Moreno?
2. Bryce Brown ... may not start early but I think will make highlights early.
3. I don't dread any of our current rbs being on field.
4. Chris Walker ... "unblockable" recently
5. Early schedule: a logical progression of opponent strength this year.

I bet that hit alone was a big reason Moreno declared for the draft early. He didn't want to face Berry this year! And of course....the Millions of dollars probably had a small influence as well....


I like your 5 though.

1 knowing that our players will be disciplined and well coached

2 knowing we will not give up

3 knowing young talent will get on the field

6 watching the 2010 recruiting class take shape

7 watching the team turn into a well oiled machine

1. A UT version of the "Yaw yaw" CEO song.
2. New photos of Tebow in jorts.
3. A solid QB commitment that will inspire other top recruits to consider the Vols.
4. A CLK rap video to surface (feat. B.Pearl)
5. Everyone in the country to admit, "maybe Tennessee made a decent hire after all"

Amen. I would love to see some of the other SEC fans eat crow on this one, and in deep dark places think to themselves "Oh @#&%! It going to suck in a couple of years when they really get rolling."

2. Much improved team play/discipline.
3. Monte Kiffin cracks me up.
4. Eric Berry breaking the NCAA all-time interception return yardage record sometime during the year.
5. Evidence of #2 shutting up the haters.

2.Bama losing at least 3 games next year.

4. Watching our defensive freshmen (Askew, Myles, Jackson.......)
