What other message boards are saying (Florida post game edition)

We usually play them in September though, when both teams still have it all in front of them. Last night felt like the Allies must have felt chasing scattering Wehrmacht regiments through the Ruhr in March 1945.
I wish OMG was still able to do the maxims this year. If he's able to get back to it, we've got to talk him into revisiting this game for an off-season maxims.

Bless their hearts. I remember our 3 win season. Not a fun place to be. It couldn’t happen to a better fan base.

Thankfully our 3 win season was a truncated one.

I would gladly sit through a few more 2020 's in exchange for never having to see another 2017. We went 4-8 but was one of the more pathetic seasons I ever recall from any program. We struggled with our cupcake games for the most part

I need a drink just thinking about that mess.

I know what that feels like at halftime. 1996. UF 35 UT 0. In a freaking downpour and miserable. We won the second half of that one just like they won the second half last night. So I hope they were as miserable as I was and wish nothing but the worst for their football team.
I was at that game too. 35-29 sounded like a close game.

It would have been so fitting, with Urban Meyer there and Spurrier around somewhere, if Tennessee would have scored at the end of the game.

After the late season 2001 victory, I knew UT would defeat UF more often if the game were moved to late season (and had been saying it for years). Why in the world did the UT ath dept agree to all those early games for season after season I'll never know. It was obvious to most pedestrians.

Wrong. We couldn't score on them in the 2nd half.

If CJH could have tried a 69 burger on them he would have.

It's a problem of his, has been, and likely will be.

Really
Wait...so your take from watching that game is that Heupel was trying to put more points on the board in the 2nd half but just wasn't able to do it?
