What makes butt okay, but not ass.
Why is crap, poop, okay, but s-h-i-t isn't.
Why is sex, make love, okay, but **** isn't.
What makes, d@mn and b1tch a cuss word.

If I remember correctly, it was the vikings that made decisions on these words. If anyone was heard saying a curse word, they made the offender shave from head to toe.
