Start in Cades Coves and you can hike up there. Make sure you are in shape.

East Tennessee is a beautiful place. From Bristol to Chattanooga, and everything in between.
And, on the extreme eastern edge is the BRP.

Have to disagree on this one.
Ridgewood and Pardners have the best "pulled" bbq around.
To me, if it is not pulled with the sauce cooked in, it is not bbq.

ps: Went by there "Ridgewood", the other day on my scooter. They had overflow parking across the street.

I grew up in Hendersonville, then spent last 15yrs in az, my wife surprised me with UGA TICKETS, it be her first time and she will be in awe. My dad who was shot and killed was a very know chiropractor in Hendersonville and Dallas tx where he was shot and killed on my bday two yrs ago, I'm the only one left to carry on this orange blood 👍 gatlinburg no doubt

Frog Level up past Dennis cove. Best lakes I would have to say are South Holston and Watauga. Used to camp as a kid on top of Holston Mtn. Oh yeah the blue hole on the side of Holston Mtn. Shady Valley is also very nice.

The Smokies any time of the year! Was just there in June for 4 days this year. Love Gatlinburg, Sevierville, Pidgeon Forge, and Cades Cove. Also love Roan Mountain (North Carolina/Tennessee border) in late May to early July when the rhododendron is in bloom!
