Chili's down here used to have a killer happy hour. Not sure if it was just the one location over close to my condo, but Monday-Friday from like 4-8 it was 3 for 1 and it included errythang. I was drinking Stoli at the time and for $10 bucks plus a tip, there was hardly any blood in my alcohol system.
