All joking aside, last i heard is he is waiting on the court date....nothing really new has surfaced.

He has been home in South Carolina since it happened. He is not allowed to talk about it because of the pending court date I suppose, but he is just waiting to see what happens... What I hear tho is that the kid didnt like him so it could be a set up and thats what i think it most likely is. I would not put it past Briscoe to joke around in that way as he often does with friends his own age but he should have known better than to joke with someone that young. I hope everything turns out ok for him tho. He really is a good person.

He does not, and has never lived in South Carolina. Don't act like you know him if you don't even know where he's from.

Jimmy Hyams just reported on the radio that Josh Briscoe dropped a ball against Alabama and laughed about it on a critical 3rd down play and he is looking at the waterboy on the sidelines with a Michael Jackson look in his eyes. Please check the mrsec.com website for updates to this story.

And UT lying about the black jerseys makes me angry like the HULK!!!!!!!!!
